A common mistake people make is thinking they have to be 100% prepared for a job interview before they can talk to a recruiter. It’s simply not the case with us. An old CV with half a dozen samples of work (even as loose pdf’s) will give us enough to go on initially. We’ll check you’ve only got the one head once you’ve pulled your folio/reel etc together with a meeting at our offices. The thing is, we don’t advertise roles if we already have great candidates listed with us, so if we don’t know you’re looking we probably won’t call you.
